Request enabling $wgBabelCategoryNames and $wgBabelMainCategory for ilo.wikipedia, I'm the temp. admin and wiki has no active community so I cant gather any consensus but seems pointless having the extension enabled but not categorize.

You don't want to have also -0 categories if some users use the ilo-0 code?
