This is not a bug. just add {{information}} to the page. please close this.
I were able to create with success a description page on this page, so I'm closing this bug in RESOLVED - WORKS FOR ME. The procedure to follow when you have this kind of error is the same than for regular wiki pages, you create it, using the Create tab. As matanya says, you can use [[Commons:Template:Information]]: {{Information | description = | date = | source = | author = | permission = | other_versions = }}
Well, it is a bug, because why the description page disappeared? Now the image is deleted as copyvio.
The most probable is the page didn't disappeared but never existed. A database lock problem? I don't see how to reproduce it. We can be vigilant and if it occurs again, look for database error messages.
