Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

There is a failure when importing Mayalam [ml] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayalam) site links. It seems like somehow the title is set to NULL before the database is updated. It also seems like the external client does not supply sufficient information, or the normalization does not unwind the data correctly.
