The email that is generated from Technical problem in the Contact form currently populates the message body with the User Agent and some text that says:

"Please write your email above this line."

Instead, we should make it more clear that the user can write a comment by making the space for doing this more obvious, and asking for a comment, like so:

"Please describe your technical problem:
