## Description 

Add an additional display format for the tag cloud using the tagcanvas plug-in [1] which is similar to the wp-cumulus cloud but based on jquery.

## Parameter 
New parameters:

* [tagformat] = sphere or null
* width, height (only influences the display in case tagformat = sphere)

## Limitations 
tagformat = sphere together with templates is not an applicable option

## Plug-in 
jQuery plugin version 1.18 with LGPL v3 license
