Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

1) Go to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences?uselang=qqx#mw-prefsection-rc
and set the options as follows:
	[ ] (tog-usenewrc)
 	[ ] (tog-hideminor)
 	[x] (tog-hidepatrolled)
 	[ ] (tog-newpageshidepatrolled)
2) Go to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RelatedChanges/Categoria:!Biografias_de_pessoas_vivas_sem_fontes_desde_julho_de_2012?uselang=en
Notice the following:
2a) There is no bot edits there (ok)
2b) The link on "[Show] bots", points to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Altera%C3%A7%C3%B5es_relacionadas&hidebots=0&target=Categoria%3A%21Biografias_de_pessoas_vivas_sem_fontes_desde_julho_de_2012
which will not show any bot edits (since they are patrolled)
2c) The link on "[Show] patrolled edits", points to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Altera%C3%A7%C3%B5es_relacionadas&hidepatrolled=0&target=Categoria%3A%21Biografias_de_pessoas_vivas_sem_fontes_desde_julho_de_2012
(which doesn't show any bot edits)

Here is the problem:
3b) On page from (2b), the link to show patrolled edits points to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Altera%C3%A7%C3%B5es_relacionadas&hidepatrolled=0&target=Categoria%3A%21Biografias_de_pessoas_vivas_sem_fontes_desde_julho_de_2012
which doesn't have "&hidebots=0" and doesn't show any bot edits (it should remember the user selected "Show bots" previously)
3c) On page from (2c), the link to show bot edits points to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Altera%C3%A7%C3%B5es_relacionadas&hidebots=0&target=Categoria%3A%21Biografias_de_pessoas_vivas_sem_fontes_desde_julho_de_2012
which on its turn doesn't have "&hidepatrolled=0" and again doesn't show any bot edits

The interface doesn't provide any way for the user to get to the right URL, which has both "&hidepatrolled=0" and "&hidebots=0":

I guess this is a regression from some recent MW update.
