At the moment I'm unable to use gerrit and do code review because the pages are just not loading for me in reasonable time. Latency for opening pages like diff can be over minute.

Looks like manganese, the server hosting Gerrit, is hit by the leap second bug. Might need to either restart Gerrit or reboot the box.

The server time issue has been fixed by Tim Starling a few minutes ago. Box is fine again now.
