I tried to read an article with an Image, but the image didn't load:

this appears to affect commons as well,

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Victory_monument,_netanya.JPG

on IRC it was reported it affects wikisource too

Please advice.

For what it's worth, it works fine for me in Canada using both FF and Chrome. Not sure what other info you need... but yeah.

was able to reproduce on ipv4 (as opposed to the ipv6 above), but while collecting the proper wget response it was resolved on the 2nd try.

I confirm that it doesnt work at FF nor Chrome in the Czech Republic.

secure.wikimedia, https: and http: also doesn't work at commons (for the case it is relevant and needed)
