Request enabling wgNamespaceAliases for ilowiki NS_PROJECT and NS_PROJECT_TALK to  be able to create shorcuts for important project pages.

I'm the temp admin and unable to gather consensus due to lack of community activity. If approved and deployed it can be verified through this page http://ilo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%C3%81pat.

This seems like a fairly uncontroversial change, so I think your request should be fine. Gerrit change #14678

ilowiki is on 1.20wmf6 not 1.20wmf5. I've set the field to unspecified though because it's irrelevant to this request.
