Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

We need a glam-north-america list (that's the name), run by Lori Phillips (lphillips@wikimedia.org), to replace the failing existing one hosted on the wikimedia.ch server.  It's fine to make it empty for now, we'll migrate people over manually and handle the archives later.  

The urgency is because that list is part of an announcement to be made at Wikimania (i.e. this coming week), and we need it to function or we lose the opportunity to subscribe important stakeholders.
