Habatchii: What are steps to reproduce this? The pasted excerpt mentions the component "MultiBoilerplate" but you've set the component to "MultiUpload" of this report, is that a mistake?
The files have never been ported to the Git repository, and if these projects are not actively maintained there's no sense either to port them from SVN. The code is still at https://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/MultiBoilerplate/ I don't see a valid bug here. If you are interested in maintainership, feel free to ask for moving in http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Git/New_repositories/Requests
