When a user added a link in an article containing a whitespace (%20) those links can't be open properly from the diff-window, because the system mistakens them with underscores "_". 

Steps to reproduce: login on Wikipedia (!) and try to open the link in the following change: http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Iran&diff=105408401&oldid=105314771
It will say: File not found. Entering the link manually will work.

I found out that this issue only appears with WikEd activated, I suppose WikEd does cause that issue (resolved).
