Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

Looks like nothing is coming in:

Ouch, look like I broke this when trying to fix some primkey problems. Looks
like I also caused problems in Germany and other problesm. Should be fixed now.
