Patch to update function prototypes

I'm using mediawiki v1.16.5 (on Fedora)

When using Auth_remoteuser, I'm receiving several strict standard error messages. Seems easy to fix (patch attached).

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Strict Standards: Declaration of Auth_remoteuser::modifyUITemplate() should be compatible with AuthPlugin::modifyUITemplate(&$template, &$type) in /usr/local/share/mediawiki/extensions/Auth_remoteuser.php on line 202

Fixed in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/15640

Thanks!
