The API module wbgetitems should do proper limiting of returned items as it can return a lot of information.

wbgetentities has limiting through maximum number of items that can  be requested.
wbgetitems no longer exists and I do not know what state it was in when this bug was created!

Are the limit in wbgetentities an improvment / fix in comparison to wbgetitems ?

Can this be marked as resolved?
