Please set logo-path to //upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/cf/Wikiquote-logo-ua.png
This file is similar to current logo, but it is better if it will be at commons.

May I ask what's the difference between them?

Also, shouldn't the image be renamed to Wikiquote-logo-uk.png ?

Difference is only that current logo uploaded localy to uk.wikiquote but target logo is on commons. Image is same. If you think that it is necessary you can rename it. Wikiquote-logo-uk.png really will be better but now file with such name exist (terrible version of logo...).

Is it enough or you need smth more?

I think consensus is ok from google translate but the translation isn't perfect.

Bohdan is working on getting it renamed at commons in preparation for this change. (ua -> uk)

Turned out the 2 logos had some (minor?) differences (file size/checksum) and they looked the same so Bohdan uploaded the commons version over the local Wiki.png; now the sha1sums do match.
