Greetings! On behalf of the Turkish Wikipedia community, I'd like to request the following user right changes to be implemented. Each change has a different discussion, and I'll include the links to the discussions along the way. I am a sysop + bureaucrat on the project, and the discussions have been closed by another sysop + bureaucrat, User:Yabanci. Here we go: 1. Removal of the "Reviewer" user group. In other words, "Editor" is to be eliminated, and "Patroller" will have the following rights (I was told it is more convenient than the other way around): *autopatrol *patrol *rollback (Yes, this will be extra) It will be added/removed by sysops, not bureaucrats. There are still users in the reviewer and editor user groups. I do not believe that it is a good idea to remove groups from the configuration when some people are still in the groups.
I've discussed this with Krenair on IRC. Here is the solution we've come up with (in order to ensure a smooth transition): All changes will be implemented with the exception of "removal of Editor user group". So Patrollers will be able to flag revisions. Then I'll move current editors to the Patroller group. When there are none left, I'll notify Krenair, and the Editor group will be removed. I was the only Reviewer until 10 minutes ago, so we won't have any problems with the Reviewer group. It's already empty.

And actually, maybe the group 'editor' is better named and in fact patrol should be merged into editor...?

You know that the original version of this text said "Please add this and that to the Editor user group". Forgot to change the list after that. Can we still call them "Patrollers" after this? I mean on the Localsettings.php file, not locally.

This was sorted in a private IRC chat, but I thought I'd mention it here for the sake of transparency. They can still be called patrollers.
As far as I can tell this is all done now, except the merging of editor into patroller.
I've gone ahead and moved all editors to the Patroller user group. The Editor group is now empty. You can now take care of the final step. Everything else seems to be in order with the exception of the following page: http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96zel:GrupHaklar%C4%B1Listesi I still see the "Reviewer" group in the list of groups that can be added/removed by the crats. Is that normal? I don't see it on Special:Userrights.
