Reporting feedback from an OTRS ticket (#2012062210002941)

With better caching this can happen more cleanly. Leaving this as an enhancement for the later apps, if we want to do it.

Closing as WONTFIX - new Wiki app should have custom start page, rather than blindly open up whatever was last viewed.

This was easily the most common feedback (mentioned in ~70% of all feedback emails) when the new app was launched. Just sayin ;)
