We have a number of local modifications to jquery.tipsy
Upstream has also done a number of modifications in this two years (although no new release).

Goal: get them merged.

The common ancestor seems to be f797b46a (the next revision to v1.0.0a)

The upstream repo is no longer actively maintained. The Wikimedia developers have forked it:

https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery-tipsy

Doesn't seem completely abandoned, there was a commit just last month.
