Not having TestSwarm until the new install is ready is fine, right now it doesn't help either.

Basically just removing it from Jenkins build and deleting the directory. Maybe add an index.html file in the dir with "Temporarily disabled until new version is installed."

the swarm is still up, this is progress but we're not ready yet.

Been cleaned out by mutante in september.
