For example, if using the prety standard $wgMobileUrlTemplate = "%h0.m.%h1.%h2" and visiting the wiki at localhost, you'll get: Undefined index: 1 in extensions/MobileFrontend/MobileContext.php on line 575

You need to update $wgMobileUrlTemplate to map to the correct hostname template for your setup.
