Set the jenkins test runs to use $wgDevelopmentWarnings = true; If you're making a test for a deprecated interface, you can use $this->hideDeprecated('deprecatedMethod').

I am not sure what it is going to show in Jenkins. I have enabled it for all MediaWiki related jobs with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/21707
