patch for upload-scripts (needs to be updated with the right ip)

video thumbnails should be extracted on the new videoscaler servers instead of the imagescalers. for this upload-scripts[1] needs to be updated to send all video thumbnails to those servers. an equivalent to 10.2.1.21:80 needs to be setup for videoscalers
