The Diff class needs mroe unit tests, especially regarding getApplicableDiff and getReversibleChanges (why and how can changes be non-reversible anyway?)

What extension is this about? Or was this intended to be file for MediaWiki core / Diff instead of "MediaWiki extensions / [other]"

It's about <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/p/mediawiki/extensions/Diff.git>. That doesn't (yet) have a component on bugzilla, so that's why the bug is in [other]. It's needed by Wikidata, so I added the Wikidata keyword, but it's a generic library intended for use by other extensions.

We might have more serious holes in our coverage, see bug 40975 :)
