if you have a video with many subtitles, the subtitle select menu does not have a scroll bar.

the menu is ~supposed~ to scroll when you mouse over the bottom item of the list. But I don't see that working. Additionally that won't work so well for touch interfaces, we should may have to explicitly make the div scrollable. 

Will investigate.
