No qqx on WikiEditor

The messages from WikiEditor's interface doesn't show its name when the user sets uselang=qqx in the URL (compare with the remaining MediaWiki interface in the screenshot).

Maybe this is an issue with Resource Loader?

indeed, moving to ResourceLoader.

On en.wikipedia.org/?uselang=qqx you'll notice that the Search and Wikimedia Shop link are also in English.
