Dear Bugzilla,

For the past two days, I have been unable to have edits to Wikipedia entries "stick": I hit "save" but they vanish.

Is there any bug involved?

I've been writing and editing for Wikipedia since 2006 and have never experienced this problem.

Please advise.

This occurs on Google Chrome and Apple Safari, so it does not seem to me a browser-based problem, nor Mac OS (IMHO)...

I would guess it has something to do with webkit, as both of those browsers are based on it. What happens in Firefox?

Sounds weird to be something browser specific...



Do edits appear in Special:MyContributions ? (Aka, the edit goes through and you're just shown an old version, or does the edit totally dissapear and there is no record of the edit whatsoever?)

There was a report of this on [[w:WP:VP/T]] ( http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28technical%29&oldid=506398576#Edits_lost_when_logged_in_as_user.2C_but_retained_when_I_log_out_and_become_anonymous ) which may indicate this is not an isolated incident.
