The "Become an instructor" link on a course infobox, as well as the ones for campus and online ambassadors, do not work. You can enter the reason and press enter, but the box just hangs on "Adding..."

It's possible to add oneself using the other function, though: "Add an instructor".

This appears to be caused by a core change that breaks compatibility badly.
