The BLP-PROD tag isn't being correctly substituted in.

How much of a problem is this? Should it delay the announcement at Special:NewPages?

Would we have to delay it for two weeks? I'm investigating the extent of the problem now.

We can deploy bugfixes next Thursday.

PROD and BLP-PROD should be temporarily fixed via
