Go to any page with references (for example [[Homo rudolfensis]]), open References section. The section content is present here twice. This bug is not present in MobileFrontend or the API.

I can confirm this in unreleased v3.2.1-iOS branch; annoying but low-visibility bug. If it's an easy fix, great to get it in before release though.
