I mean the "by default": you can't uncheck it.

WONTFIX. I think this feature is useless (mark all edits minor by default), and supporting your described behaviour would require wadding yet more UI elements that we are trying to reduce.

Actually it could as well be ignored by marking all as non-minor from the editor, but I don't disagree with the closure (it was just for the sake of tracking).
