See the screenshot; MacOSX 10.6.8, not appearing in both Safari 5.1.7 (build 6534.57.2), and Firefox 13.0.1. Does appear in Mac OS X 10.7.2 with Safari 5.1.1 (build 7534.51.22).

This is very weird. If you can reproduce this reliably I may need to borrow your computer.

It seems to be Snow Leopard-specific.
