The extension page would greatly benefit from a screenshot or link to live demo.

It's deployed to MediaWiki.org now, isn't it? Shouldn't be too difficult to get a screenshot and live demo. :-)

This bug kind of seems more like "needs standard wiki editing" than a blocker of bug 1, if you know what I mean. It can certainly be marked easy.

I wouldn't call it an enhancement, it's rather a requirement for the extension to serve its purpose. ;-)
