Create a new data item, then log in and try to delete the item again. It will give you a PHP fatal error: Class 'Wikibase\ItemDeletion' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\mediawiki\extensions\Wikibase\repo\Wikibase.hooks.php on line 301
