Description Niklas Laxström 2012-08-15 16:03:28 UTC
Siebrand complains that he had to increase memory limit ontwn. Needs some investigation.
Comment 1 Siebrand Mazeland 2012-08-15 19:41:31 UTC
With the current message volume, between 180-185M of memory is needed. That's quite a bit.
Comment 2 Niklas Laxström 2012-10-26 17:36:07 UTC
It's now 145M for 50k items when using DatabaseMessageIndex.

If we approximate that the upper limit of raw data we have is about 50k * 500 bytes, we should only need twice 25M (for loading existing and new index at the same time for comparison).

The move of MW extensions to FFS classes seems to reduced the memory usage with some tens of megs.
Comment 3 Siebrand Mazeland 2013-03-05 10:27:15 UTC
Considering this one closed for now. If new limits are hit, we can reopen a new bug.
