when restoring an old revision using rollback (aka admin revert), make sure global constraints like sitelink uniqueness is checked and preserved. Show a meaningful message if rollback is not possible due to conflicts, and offer a link for performing an undo op instead.

Check was already done, but message was misleading.

Fixed now in I5a3f8cb7.

Demoed and accepted, needs selenium test.
