Starting from about 3 days ago fonts on https://translatewiki.net appear smaller than before. Siebrand suggested that this may be related to UniversalLanguageSelector/WebFonts. I experienced this bug on two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome), with font settings reset to default values.

Changing the component to ULS, since Webfonts extension is not enabled at TWN now. ULS has Webfonts integrated.

Wrong fallback font might be the reason. Fixed in gerrit change I2d842ce5 
Tested with some browsers and it appears to be normal now

twn and mw.org compared

Gerrit change #21411 doesn't appear to fix this. I'm attaching screenshots of the same page on mw.org and twn so show the difference. Especially observe the text in the buttons and text fields.

I don't see difference in font sizes. But I see that monospace font family being applied to textbox and button. That is Bug 39560
