The character „ is shown incorrectly on Burmese wikis (my.wikpedia and my.wiktionary), to which WebFonts was recently deployed, when using the "TharLon" script. 
It appears as an E with a dash over it [I can't copy it here from there, because it will turn into the „ character).

Examples: https://my.wiktionary.org/wiki/Special:MovePage/destabilisations?uselang=de (the de translation contains „ as standard quotation mark).
https://my.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=430116

When choosing one of the other two fonts that are avaiable, it shows up correctly.
