SF_ajax_form_preview.js assumes at line 213 that there is a div called “content”. However that is entirely up to the skin, and in custom made skins this is probably quite often not the case. 
If no content div is found execution of the javascript will stop, so it would be nice if it was possible to find another way to identify the content area.

Yes, it would be nice if it was possible to find another way to identify the content area. Unfortunately I do not see how this can reliably be done. If you have any suggestions please re-open this bug.
