Observed regularly (although not "all the time") on twn. Steps to reproduce unknown.

Should be fixed soon, at least before wmf11 is branched.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/21553/ silences the warnings (with the con that invalid stuff passed from code aren't caught).

I was manage to find one real bug though, it's filed as bug 39679.
