Description Jon 2012-08-27 17:52:45 UTC
Click 'save for later' and in the confirmation message click incomplete uploads link
Observed: there is a delay between showing the newly saved upload in the list
Expected: I should see a loader to indicate something is happening.

I disagree this is a serious bug.
When I sat down back to the office I went to incomplete uploads.

I had a heart attack as the list was empty thinking nothing had saved. Luckily it just turned out that it was just still loading but with no loader visible that wasn't clear.

The fastest thing we could do would be to create thumbnails at take-photo time and save them to local files or the database, so we don't have to load high-resolution photos on going to the Incomplete view.

Second-best might be to tweak the thumbnailing to load things in sequence and ensure there's a slight delay between each image, to ensure that there's time to update the screen while loading images.

Serialization of the drawing & forced async screen updates: https://github.com/wikimedia/WLMMobile/pull/193
