Currently we don't indicate which photo within a batch were uploading. This confuses the user as they have no way on the transfer dialog to know how far along the batch transfer is. Instead lets say something like "Uploading XXX (1/15)" .

Mass-closing WLM app issues as WONTFIX since we won't be maintaining the same client app in future (will migrate these things to the Commons app).
