A more detailed LocalSettings.php file with comments would be so helpful for both repo and client! The autogenerated file does not contain any Wikidata-specific stuff though our demo installation contains a LOT more than what is documented here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikidata/Development/Setup.

Please provide information/comment what is really required for an installation and what the lines exactly do.
