I get the following notices in my Preferences

Notice: Undefined variable: type in C:\wamp\www\SMWTesting\extensions\SemanticWatchlist\SemanticWatchlist.hooks.php on line 166

And

Notice: Undefined variable: name in C:\wamp\www\SMWTesting\extensions\SemanticWatchlist\SemanticWatchlist.hooks.php on line 172

I think the variables should be initialized to some values before the case statement.
