It's annoying and slightly insecure to require passwords for sudo. We should allow passwordless sudo.
If passwordless sudos aren't enabled, how do account holders obtain root access to instances? I don't have a valid password for the sudo password prompt w/ SSH-only access.

Your instance shell passwd is the same as your gerrit password is the same as your labsconsole password. (all is LDAP) If that doesn't work then there's a different problem. (maybe sudo policies) Will troubleshoot with you on IRC.
Comment #2 works-for-me. Additional comments in IRC.
