People are still reporting that they cannot see the talkpage link. I'm going to get more details from them, but this is pretty critical.

This is still happening -  see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington,_D.C. and the associated talkpage.

I am seeing the talk page link on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington,_D.C.
I'm assuming it was a cache issue, unless you are still not seeing it?

Ahh. I'd suggest we display the talkpage link even if the form is disabled.
