The back button on screens other than the home screen in our windows 8 app is a custom SVG, and is static.

It should be replaced with a native button using the WinJS stock back icon, which will have highlight behavior on mouseover and click/touch.

For some reason github for Windows changed all the line endings or something, so the diff isn't clear. Sigh.
