On Windows 8, selecting text in other applications and hitting 'Share' shares that selected chunk of text; we can use that to implement an easy 'search this in Wikipedia' through the share contracts.

Unfortunately this doesn't work from the desktop. :(

Got this on a branch:

Works when running from Visual Studio but not when running outside of VS. Not sure what's up with that yet.

Redid this to run in the smaller panel; went out in release update 5.
