When a filter is configured both to warn and to prevent the action, the warning message is shown the first time. If the user then retries the action, the generic «abusefilter-disallowed» is shown.

Expected: show the warning message (even if they already saw it, clearly they didn't pay enough attention...).

I'm currently working on a new feature, which would solve this usecase/problem. soon on gerrit ;-)
