When the user selects a region in the map he should be able to access the rest of the regions by scrolling. Since lazy loading was introduced this is true for the "Worldwide" region. However, users selecting Asia are not able to keep scrolling to see WW, AM, and EU regions.
The option to select regions by clicking on the map wasn't obvious to me, and it doesn't seem to work relaible (often it switches back to Worldwide, or loads other stuff. Yes, I have cookies enabled, but I am not logged in to http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:New_project/fi?uselang=en&useskin=vector ). This either means that there are more bugs, or that it's half-fixed already, depending on how you interpret it. :P
I'm going to kill lazyloading entirely and fix this in the meantime.
Thanks for the patches you made. You however submitted them to a library the MediaWiki extension ULS uses. The patches should be pull requests for the GitHub repo Wikimedia/jquery.uls.
